Seven Things You Should Know About Your Sound System

Do you use sound gear, buy gear or swear at it from time to time? If so, you should attend this talk. Jonathan Novick, an electrical engineer, Vice Chairman of the local Audio Engineering Society section and moderator of the internet's largest chat room dedicated to DJ gear will host this month's meeting covering a variety of topics every DJ should know about their gear.

Why does my system hum (even though it knows the words)?

These timeless questions are asked by even the most experienced DJs. This talk will give you some simple and practical advice to shed light on the answers. The talk will also cover the impending changes coming less than 18 months from now that will impact most wireless microphone users
